Board of Zoning Appeals – Case #313

An application for a variance, as provided by Article 30 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution, is requested. The purpose of the requested variance is to allow for a reduction in the required setback distance for a structure, which has been established per the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. The variance has been applied for by John Linus Kreinbrink.

The meeting will take place ONLY VIRTUALLY on Monday October 5, 2020 at 6:30 pm using the GoToMeeting software.
