The Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for
Case #312 on Tuesday September 8, 2020 at 6:30 pm.

An application for a variance, as provided by Article 30 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution, is requested. The purpose of the requested variance is to allow for transfer of farm ground (lot split) with reduced frontage, which is not permitted as per the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. The variance has been applied for by Michael J. Kiracofe.
