Notice of Public Hearing: Case #112

The Bath Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing for Case #112 on Tuesday March 15, 2022, at 6:00 pm in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio 45801.

This public hearing is for the purpose of considering an Application for Zoning Amendment, regarding one (1) parcel from RU Rural District to B2 General Business District. The subject property is located on East Bluelick Road., Lima, Ohio 45801. Parcel No. 37-1000-04-006.001. The application has been submitted by Ohio CAT, 3639 E. Bluelick Road, Lima, OH 45801.

The rezoning application documents can be reviewed prior to the public hearing at the Bath Township website: https://www.bathtwp.com/, or the Bath Township office during normal business hours. Upon conclusion of this hearing, the Board of Trustees will either adopt or deny the amendment within 20 days of the conclusion of the public hearing.
