Berlin was appointed in March of 2024 to fill the unexpired term of resigning Fiscal Officer Josh Luke.

The Fiscal Officer’s responsibilities include all Township accounting functions, preparation of payroll and tax reports, Township appropriations, budgets, audits, and year-end processing. The accurate recording of Township meeting minutes is also the responsibility of the Fiscal Officer as well the protector of Bath Township’s public records.
