Board of Trustees – Case #109

The Bath Township Board of Trustees will hold a VIRTUAL public hearing for Case #109 on Tuesday October 6, 2020 at 6:30 pm.

This public hearing is for the purpose of considering an application for the rezoning of one (1) parcel from R-1 Residential District to B-1 Local Business District. The subject property is located at 185 N. Mumaugh Road, Lima, Ohio 45801. Parcel No. 37-3400-01-001.000. The application has been submitted by Angela & Jeramiah Wauben, 175 N. Mumaugh Road, Lima, OH 45804.

The rezoning application documents can be reviewed online prior to the public hearing at the Bath Township website. Upon conclusion of this hearing, the Board of Trustees will decide on the application at an upcoming, regularly scheduled Trustees meeting.

The hearing will be open to the public and conducted using the GoTo Meeting software/application.
