Notice of Public Hearing (Electronic Public Hearing)

                                            NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

            The Bath Township Board of Trustees will hold public hearings on August 4, 2020, at 6;30  P.M. via electronic online GoToMeeting,  and August 11, 2020,at 6;30  P.M. via electronic online GoToMeeting, to consider the $5 permissive motor vehicle registration tax resolution which may be levied pursuant to Section 4504.181 of the Ohio Revised Code. This permissive motor vehicle registration tax resolution, if adopted, would levy an additional annual $5 motor vehicle registration tax upon motor vehicles registered in the unincorporated areas of Bath Township. The text of this proposed motor vehicle registration tax resolution will be available for public examination from July 23, 20 through August 17, 2020, Monday through Thursday, inclusive, at the Bath Township Trustees’ office, located at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio 45801 during regular business hours. After the conclusion of both public hearings, the resolution will be submitted to the Bath Township Board of Trustees for action.
