Board of Zoning Appeals Notice of Public Hearing – Case #331

The Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for
Case #331 on Tuesday October 29, 2024, at 6:00 pm. The hearing will be held
in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio.

An application for a variance, as provided by Article 30 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution, is requested. The purpose of the requested variance is to allow construction within a required setback area. The application for variance was submitted by Anthony S. Collins.
