Board of Trustees Special Meeting

The Board of Trustees of Bath Township hereby provides notice of a Special Meeting to be held on Tuesday March 31, 2020 at 7:00 pm at Bath Township 2880 Ada Road Lima, Ohio. The purpose of the meeting is to certify the referendum petition received for Bath Township Resolution No. 3-3-20-2 amending the Bath Township Resolution Text & Maps to create and add a Planned State Route 309 Corridor Overlay District.

Also, to discuss an appropriate response to the “Families First Coronavirus Response Act” recently passed by the Senate.
