Bath Township Board of Trustees Notice of Public Hearing: Case #117

The Bath Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing for Case #117 on Tuesday August 20, 2024, at 5:30 pm in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio 45801.

This public hearing is for the purpose of considering an Application for Zoning Amendment, regarding two (2) parcels from RU: Rural District to M1: General Manufacturing District. The subject properties are located at the northwest corner of Bible Road & Stewart Road, Lima, OH 45801, Parcel Numbers 37-1700-04-001.000 & 37-1700-04-001.004. The application has been submitted by Micah Hollinger, 1596 Neubrecht Road, Lima, OH 45801.

This hearing is being conducted as per Article 31 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. The rezoning application documents may be reviewed prior to the public hearing at the Bath Township office during posted business hours. Upon conclusion of this public hearing, the Bath Township Board of Trustees will act on the matter within 20 days, during an upcoming regularly scheduled Board meeting.
