PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
As the situation of the Covid-19 Virus widens we are faced with having to do township business in alternative ways. Recently the General Assembly made changes to the Ohio Open Meetings Act in response to the COVID-19 outbreak (HB197). The bill allows public bodies to conduct meetings electronically during this state of emergency. In order to maintain continuity of township business the Bath Township Board of Trustees have decided to conduct our regular scheduled meeting on April 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via “GotoMeeting”. You may choose to attend the meeting via your smart phone, by downloading the app or by accessing the internet via your computer or desktop/laptop. This meeting will not be open to public comment however, the public is encouraged to email questions, comments or concerns about the meeting subject matter to tjay@bathtwp.com.

Bath Township Administration Building, Road Department, Zoning Office and Social Hall are now closed for an undetermined time. You can still contact the township via email (tjay@bathtwp.com or by phone (419) 221-1797. If you have an Emergency, please call 911. If you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, please call the Community Call Center at 419-226-9000 before visiting a medical facility. We encourage people to stay home and only venture out for necessary travels and needs. We will continue to provide updates via the Township website as things progress.
