Notice of Public Hearing:  Case #115

The Bath Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing for Case #115 on Tuesday April 9, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the Boardroom of the Bath Township House at 2880 Ada Road, Lima, Ohio 45801.

This public hearing is for the purpose of considering an Application For Zoning Amendment, regarding two (2) parcels from RU: Rural District to M1: General Manufacturing District. The subject properties are located at 1907 Bible Road, Lima, OH 45801, Parcel No. 37-1603-01-009.000; and 2560 Stewart Road, Lima, OH 45801, Parcel No. 37-1603-01-008.000. The application has been submitted by Micah Hollinger, 1596 Neubrecht Road, Lima, OH 45801.

This hearing is being conducted as per Article 31 of the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. The rezoning application documents may be reviewed prior to the public hearing at the Bath Township office during posted business hours. Upon conclusion of this hearing, the Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Bath Township Board of Trustees. The Trustees will then hold a public hearing at a date to be determined.
