William F. Degen
Bill Degen is a life-long Bath Township resident being first appointed Township Trustee in 1995 to fill a vacated term. Bill is currently serving in his sixth full term in office.
Bill is President and CEO of Degen Excavating Company, a long established Bath Township business. During his tenure as Trustee, Bill has led numerous neighborhood improvement projects funded by Ohio Public Works Commission grants.
These projects have improved drainage and provided new pavement in many areas throughout the Township. Bill is a member of the Allen County Township Association and the Ohio Township Association and serves as the Township representative on the Ottawa River Coalition.
Bill is a graduate of Bath High School and is has been very active in the community through his work with Boy Scouts of America and his support of Bath Local Schools. Bill and his wife Susan have raised two sons, Jared and Ethan, in Bath Township.
Trustee Degen’s current term expires December 31, 2019.
Roy A. Hollenbacher
Roy was first elected Bath Township Trustee in 1997, with an interest in zoning and quality of life issues, and is currently serving in his fifth term of office.
Following graduation from Bath High School, Roy served two years in the U.S. Army. In 1971, he began his career as a firefighter on the Lima Fire Department, retiring in 2000. Roy continues his involvement with firefighter issues, serving as a District Vice-President with the Ohio Association of Professional Firefighters.
During his tenure as Trustee, Roy has coordinated the Township’s annual neighborhood clean-ups and has initiated the demolition of many dilapidated structures throughout the Township. In addition to serving the residents of Bath Township, Roy serves on the Executive Committee of the Regional Planning Commission, is President of the Allen County Health Department District Advisory Council and Secretary/Treasurer of the Allen County Township Association. In Columbus, Roy serves on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Township Association. Since its inception in 2004, Roy has been a member of the Lima Auto Task Force promoting the Ford engine plant in Bath Township and the automobile industry in Allen County.
Roy and his wife, Ruth, have maintained their home in the Lost Creek subdivision in Bath Township since 1976 and are the parents of two sons, Kevin and John.

Ronald L. Miller
Ron Miller is a graduate of Bath High School and attended The Ohio State University. He is a retired Senior Engineering Technician. Ron was first elected Bath Township Trustee in 2009, and is currently serving his second term in office.
Ron is a fourth generation Bath Township resident, and has lived in Bath for more than 55 years. Prior to Ron’s election to Trustee, he was a member Bath Township Zoning Commission for ten years and served as the Commission's chairperson for eight years of those years. He is a founding member and Vice President of the West Central Ohio Land Conservancy. Ron is a member of the Allen County Township Association and the Ohio Township Association. He has also been an active member of the Country Club Hills/Twin Lakes Neighborhood Association and Lima Allen County Neighborhoods in Partnership (LACNIP.)
Ron and his wife Connie have raised two children, Melissa and Jason, in Bath Township.
Trustee Miller’s current term expires December 31, 2017.
